I unapologetically love witchy aesthetics. I love dressing in dark mori like some sort of hippe/goth hybrid that crawled out of a forest. I love spaces filled with herbs, candles, oils, trinket boxes, rocks and lots and lots of jars filled with things. So many jars. jars for miles.
Do you do any exercises to have such a nice bum? I need to tone mine up and yours is insane :(
Okay so I get asked this a lot and I’m just going to answer it in detail (thanks for the compliment by the way😏). There’s a number of exercises that are meant specifically for your glutes but I’ve found that fire hydrants, donkey kicks, hip raises, and squats (of course) work the best. For the fire hydrant, you’re going to get on all fours, raise your leg to the side, keeping your knees bent. At first this movement may not seem like it’s working anything, but with time (and correct form) you’ll feel the burn in no time. I usually do this about 50 times each side, but you might need to start smaller and do it about 20 times. The second movement is similar but completely different at the same time. Again, you’re on all fours but this time you’re going to kick behind you, keeping you leg bent at the knee. Kick behind you, and then bring your leg in to your chest without touching the ground. This one you’ll feel a lot sooner but again 20-50 reps each side. For raisers, lie on your back and all you do is raise your hips to the celling while squeezing your butt in. Lastly, we all know squats are great for making your ass pop! Except this exercise is completely useless if your form is shit. Basically, you want to have your legs hip width apart, your feet turned out slightly, your ass out and you want to be looking straight. This exercise works best with weight but make sure you’re not over doing it. Also keep in mind there’s many different kinds of squats so try alternating between pile squats, jump squats, sumo squats, and so on.
